New Haven Land Bank, Inc. (“NHLB”) issues Invitations to Bid when the work, specifications, and requirements for a project are sufficiently defined for contractors, vendors, or suppliers to submit competitive pricing. Bids are typically used for construction, demolition, property improvements, materials, equipment, and other work that can be clearly described in advance.

Each Invitation to Bid will identify the scope of work, submission requirements, applicable qualifications, required forms, bid deadline, and the basis for award. Depending on the project and funding source, additional requirements may apply, including insurance, bonding, licensing, prevailing wage, workforce, or other federal, state, or local requirements.

Respondents are responsible for reviewing the complete bid documents, including any plans, specifications, attachments, and addenda, before submitting a bid.

There are currently no open Invitations to Bid. New bid opportunities will be posted on this page as projects become available.

Contractors, firms, and professionals interested in other opportunities to work with NHLB are also encouraged to review our Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). NHLB uses RFQs to establish pools of qualified firms that may be considered for future assignments as needs arise. If an RFQ is available for your area of expertise, you may submit your qualifications in accordance with the instructions provided in that solicitation.
