About RFPs
New Haven Land Bank, Inc. (“NHLB”) issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs) when it is seeking a firm, consultant, contractor, or other provider to perform a defined project or scope of work and wants respondents to propose an approach, work plan, price, or other solution. RFPs are typically used when NHLB has identified a specific need or project and will evaluate proposals based on the criteria stated in the solicitation. Each RFP will include submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and a specific proposal deadline.

If an RFQ is available for your area of expertise, you may submit your qualifications in accordance with the instructions provided in that solicitation.
